The origins of this ministry trace back to 2022 when a generous gentleman donated food to FBC New Brockton to bless a family in need at Christmas. Mrs. Janice Holloway, along with others, took part in delivering this gift, ensuring that a struggling family experienced the love of Christ during the holiday season.
Deeply moved by this act of kindness, Mrs. Janice expressed her commitment to supporting the ministry of Christmas missions in 2023. However, before she could witness another family blessed by this effort, she went home to be with the Lord. In honor of her compassionate heart and dedication to serving others, the FBC New Brockton Men’s Ministry has named this ongoing Christmas food mission after her.
This past Christmas, the Janice Holloway Christmas Pantry & Missions provided food and ministry to 15 different families, continuing the legacy of generosity and faith-driven service that Mrs. Janice exemplified. Through this mission, we strive to share the love of Christ, meeting both physical and spiritual needs during the season of giving.
